Essential Order PG/VG shipping mess!

I just received my order of 1 gallon PG/1 gallon VG via USPS. I'm amazed the PO actually delivered this mess and didn't toss it - the box was sodden, broken, and leaking everywhere Contents appear to be relatively intact - but what a mess! I had to carry it through my house and open it outside.....is this the way they always ship this stuff?

I'm surprised at some of what the post office will deliver! A friend once sent me a glass jar of herb-infused olive oil that was shattered, you can still tell where it was sitting on our porch almost a year later. Sorry for your loss!

As long as the package is marked as toxic contents of some sort then ya they would still ship it that way

I would take pics asap and send them to customer service. Highly unacceptable. My order: I obtained last year. It was delivered by FEDex. It was intact.


I would ask for a replacement. Good luck!
