My latest experience--

Had a missing item from an order, opened a help ticket at Janty USA, Ethan responded quickly and rectified it.

Had a cold atty from an order placed in late April, opened a help ticket and once again Ethan responded quickly and the replacement atty is on the way.

The atty quality and 6 month warranty from Janty is worth the initial cost to me.

Ethan responds quickly, courteously, and professionally. No kvetching, nor hemming and hawing.

Ethan has helped me many a times and a few, when I needed it soon as I was going out of town.

He should be the standard in customer service; like you said, 'No kvetching, nor hemming and hawing'

You got a problem with something, he gets it fixed.

Ethan is awesome. One of the reasons is because he is one of us.

When I first registered here, Ethan was already here as a regular member. His posts were always helpful, funny and insightful. As the Janty forum grew, Ludo was spending too much of his time moderating the sub-forum so they sought a moderator. Enter Ethan. Later Ethan took an actual job from Janty.

So, he's a guy that understands the issues very well. Janty is a quality organization that tries to take care of the customer base as well. The combination of the two works very well for customer satisfaction.

I whole heartedly agree with the OP. This is the reason I buy all my hardware from Janty now.
