I just wanted to take my time to share why I feel Janty is superior to any other company out there. Sure they are one of the many vendors out there to offer a warranty on their product 6 months on atomizers and 3 months on batteries. BUt did I mention that they are actually good for it. A lot of vendors offer warranties on their products but not many stand behind them. Trust me been there done that. Janty has stood out a cut above the rest with their next business day responses to emails. They have a very professional staff and website. You simply log in and create a ticket and it gets taken care of from there. You ship back the old atomizer and they ship you out a new one at no charge. That's it. a simple stamp will ship an atomzier and just put it in an envelope. Wrap it up in a papeer towel so the edges of the atomizer dont tear the envelope and wallaa you have a new atomizer. Order from them. You wont be dissapointed.
