Or instead of everyone going through all this trouble just order a bottle of PA "COTTON CANDY" which is EM premixed in PG. Add a few drops to your DIY and you are all set.

I haven't had any problems using 1/4 teaspoon EM in 10 mL PG and shaking it under hot tap water.

Or mix 1/4 tsp EM in 10mL PG, shake, and place the bottle in water that has been brought to a boil. Let sit in the pan for a few minutes. This will dilute the crystals. I just made up 60mL with 1½ tsp EM, placed the 120mL bottle in the pan of boiling water (with the heat turned off) for about 5 minutes, and it's all diluted.

and 190 proof is not 90% alcohol.... alcohol % is half of what proof is... so it actually 95% alcohol.. gots me a bottle in front ofme..lol

You need PGA or pure grain alcohol (legal moonshine) everclear is the best but not readily available in every state due to local alcohol caps.(Florida is 154 proof or 77% alcohol and 23% distilled water remember it is liquor so that makes it food grade or FDA approved..everclear is 190 proof or 90% alcohol and well u get it.. If your state has a cap you can order it online and have it shipped (illegal to sell not to posses) so having it shipped is Perfectly legal if ya don't wanna do that then as long as you get at least 100 proof you should still be good .... My ta, ma recipe 10ml PGA, 3 drops of ta,(I like it a bit strong) and 1/4 teaspoon em...use this as you would a flavoring one to three drops per 5ml enjoy...

I use Lorann cotton candy (mainly because the Lorann factory is only a couple miles from my house) and that's just EM in PG. Works great.
