Anyone have experience with both? Is the ethyl vanillin pretty much just a stronger version of vanillin crystals? As in, same taste, just more potent. Or is the flavor something a bit different. Wikipedia describes ethyl vanillin as simply having a "stronger note", which I read as simply stronger. Thought I'd get opinions from those who have tried both.
