Evaluation plan

I have been vaping for 3 days now. No analogs since. Got my eGo and I really like it. My main problem now is with the standard carts, it seems like I am re-topping them all the time. Feels like I might as well do direct drip.

So I have ordered a few things to evaluate. I ordered an eGoMega Cylinder atty, and empty carts from CigNot, and some of type A and type B cartos from DigitalCiggz. All of these for their bigger capacity. I also ordered a drip tip from CigNot, just to try it, but the thought of constantly dripping is not really appealing to me.

Any thought on the mega vs. these cartos?

Cartos seem to last me all day. Mine hold around 15 dips. As for your carts, you should try the Pyramid Tea Bag mod. Also, just a tip… As a new dripper myself, I found my biggest problem was flooding the atomizer. Little vapor so I would keep adding drops which only made the problem worse. I tried carts for a few days and had the same problem, they would seem to run out after a few puffs. I would look into the cart and it looked full. Tried different things but nothing worked so I went to dripping. So much easier, so much more convenient for me.

As for flooding the atty, that second video was way to much to do. Just unscrew your atty, hold the threaded end in a paper towel and blow through the atty. You will blow out all the excess liquid and be just fine.

Good vids. I will definitely try the PTB mod. I don't think I am flooding the atty, it always seems after topping the cart, the best vapes are the first few and it rapidly tailors off after that.

Also hated using carts I made it through 1 day before giving up. I tried direct dripping 3 drops on my atty and this works really well. This week I received some premium IKV 510 cartomizers from Welcome to IkenVape and like them better than dripping. I can fit about 20 drops in a cartomizer and this will last me 4 hours of heavy vaping. I also get better flavor than I did dripping.

I think you'll love the Mega carto or any of the Mega eGo products. They are tailor made to give you more of everything. I got 5 mega cartos (had never used a carto b4) and while the 1st died within 2 days, the 2nd is going strong after 3 days. I now vape on 3 eGo's with different flavors all day/night. I also have a Little Sister mod on the way. Does this mean I'm hooked?

You might also consider the blue foam mod for your carts.
Run down to Petsmart and pick up some Marineland Rite-size U shaped filters. I plan on modifying all my carts with it as soon as I can (since I live in the sticks, I gotta order the foam ).
There are several different techniques you can use. I don't have enough posts to include urls but you can find a heap at youtube.

P.S. evilernie1969 has a good video showing how to mod full carts. Yes, he's using Volcano carts but the principle is the same.

I've never tried this method before, but I've been fighting with an atty all day (I've blown it out 2-3 times today already). I decided to give this method a shot, and I was surprised. It took a few more minutes to do, but I'm getting vapor again.

Anyway, I'll agree that blowing it out should be your first attempt. If you still aren't getting good vapor, then try this.
