Evapers.com, highly recommended

Hey guys, just wanted to share my positive experience with evapers.com. Rob answers emails very quickly and is happy to give advice on orders. I ordered an eGo kit and some juice on the 23rd (saturday), he shipped it out Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. Another plus is they offer very reasonable shipping prices, and all orders over $100 ship free. Since evapers carries both hardware and juice with nic (one of the few suppliers in Canada that does), it's perfect for those one-stop-shops and the free shipping is great. I've always purchased outside Canada and crossed my fingers for customs, but I'm finding the little extra you'll spend for the great service in the country is definitely worth it.

Its not by choice we don't offer credit cards.

We have approached every company there is out there, and the story is the same, they will not approve vendors selling our product. It may be possible to get around that without nicotine sales, but we are not going to compromise on our product line.

It is unfortunate that we are at a competitive disadvantage to foreign companies that can use credit cards and companies that back door their way in being less than truthful about their product line.

We tried working with Alert Pay, but they were aware of our situation and decided to take advantage of it. We were happy to pay a higher than average processing fee for the benefit of our customers but once they kept upping it until it hit 25% we couldn't absorb it any longer. We couldn't pass that on to the customer either.

All I can say is choosing to use your credit card to purchase vaping supplies is a vote in support of the credit card companies deciding for you, what you should and shouldn't be buying.

FWIW I interacted on a couple of occasions without any issues. It is no different than paying a bill electronically. The funds are held at the bank and the only info the vendor has is the info YOU provided for fund retrieval at your bank. It works like a charm.

I ordered from evapers just once but Rob's juices were very good. I'm recommending him to all who asks me about vaping (not sure how many of them actually order).

SuperStack, I agree with Switched - I wholeheartedly recommend using the Interac Email Money Transfer option that Evapers already offers (they give a 5% discount too if you use this payment method along with the code Interac). Puts everything else out there to shame. It's one of the fastest, most convenient, best payment services I've ever had the pleasure of using as a customer (certainly online). No baloney, no fuss, and often no fee (I was charged $1.50 per transaction the first few times, but my last two times - an Evapers order & a Happy Vaper order - I wasn't charged anything!). And the supplier get all the funds immediately delivered right into their bank account, directly from yours, as soon as they accept payment. Doesn't get much better than that, for the customer or the merchant. It's a Canadian-only service (if it wasn't I'd use it everywhere), but all the more reason to buy Canadian.

Not all credit unions are supported (including mine). That's why I use CC's.

Hi Superstack,

Credit Unions have their own Interac Email Money Transfer style system they use, its Hyperwallet. Bit more complicated to use, but it does work.

One way around the credit card issue is to operate as an American company. You can then use Yahoo E-commerce and even get credit card processing.

BUT….

The problem is you have to deal in US dollars. So depending on our customer's credit card company, our customer would be paying in the neighborhood of a 5%-10% exchange rate.

Little-known, I suspect, because I doubt it's true. I used EMT 4 years ago to transfer money to a friend of mine... pretty sure vaping was all but non-existent in Canada at the time.

I realize, though, that that doesn't mean it's impossible. I recognize the possibility that I may be wrong.... unless you mean that the person that invented the EMT system is *now* an avid vaper... that would make more sense to me.
