I placed an order for their EM Riva during their 10% off and free 30ml juice sale. My order arrived in two days and the communication was excellent, (emails sent for processing, shipping, etc.). One of my batteries was defective, (no fault of the suppliers), and they were very pleasant during the exchange process. They also sent a free dip tip due to my problems with the battery. I normally use Ego's but decided to try the Riva. These are great units...the button feels nicer and the quality appears to be solid. I will definitely be placing additional orders with EVCigarettes.com in the future.
