Hey All,

I have been a part of this forum for quite some time now.....feels longer than it actually is :)

I bought a riva-t, or so i thought from EVCIGARETTES.COM. It came in the other day and it was the EM RIVA. it seemed that i purchased the wrong item. I started to panic as i was looking forward to having this new PV for this weekend, Bachelor party. I hop'd on the web and went to the vapor shoppe and saw they had the Riva-t. That was the site i was originally going to order from. I then purchased it from The Vapor Shoppe. I knew with priority shipping i would not get the item by saturday (order was wed night).

So i placed the order and called TVS and spoke with Jeremey. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. He saw my order and when i asked him if there was any way i could get over night shipping for this weekend venture i was partaking in, he said yes, even though they did not offer this service on their site. I asked if i could paypal him the extra money to cover this and he said sure thing.

Jeremey then took the time to go over with me exactly what is anted to make sure that i was getting what i really wanted. After that he assured me that i would get my package by friday afternoon and according to the tracking number he was 100% correct. Not only was he just an all around good guy but very helpful to an unknown and unproven customer. He even threw in a few extras. All around classy guy and great service!

All i can say is the The Vapor Shoppe, Jeremey, is a great establishment and i would recommend them to everyone.
