I was looking for a nice starter kit for my younger brother and decided to look for a penstyle type since he is a pharmacist and is always in a lab-coat. After reading a few reviews about the Lea tank I decided to give it a try and order one for him. I ran a google search to find a vendor and then as usual I checked here at ECF to see if they were a registered supplier. One fairly painless registration and transaction process later it was out of my mind for a while so I could do some work. About an hour after I placed the order I received a call on my cell from EV to tell me they were back ordered on the juice I had selected and wanted to offer a substitution so that it could be shipped out since they were closing down shipping early and would not be returning until Monday. This people is what customer service is about! They could have simply emailed me and left it hanging untill Monday, but they went the extra step to help someone out. EVcigarettes is definitely going on my list of go-to vendors from now on.
