I let smokers approach me, then we talk as much, or as little, as they want. We went to local casino about a week ago and I handed out between 12 & 15 biz cards from various suppliers, along with my biz card. Told them to email or call if I could be of further assistance. I think it is best for them to seek my attention, and then respond accordingly.

I am, however, surprised at the number of suppliers that do Not include a couple biz cards when they ship my orders. Dear Suppliers, if you want me to pass along your info I will, but you need to get on your shipping folks about inserting biz cards in out-bound orders. It is a missed opportunity to not include biz cards.

We couldn't stay long at the casino because the cigarette smoke was nasty. But a casino is prime space for sharing the joy of vaping.
Happy vaping,

I feel like doing that upon occasion, but don't do it for some reason. However, if I run up on you in the Walmart, on the petfood aisle buying cheap, dry kibble for your cat, I will absolutely tell you why that's a bad thing to feed your cat. Is the first listed ingrediant ground corn? Baaaaad for your kitty. Terrible, as a matter of fact. Cats are obligate carnivores - they need MEAT, not grain. They need wet food since they don't drink a lot of water. Dry food, high in grain content is a recipe for bad health.

Never really thought of it that way. Alright, as a tiger speaking on behalf of all cats, you've convinced me. They're almost out of the dry kibble now, down to their last couple bowls. I'll start getting them wet food. They'd always eat straight meat and cat grass if I could afford it. So they might have to settle for the cheaper version of wet food, but they'll get it.

Back OT: I wish, but when I smoked, I was always wanting to slap the teeth out of those who approached me, not even knowing me, and telling me about how bad my habit is, as if I didn't know. So I'll spare my own teeth and save my new found breath and don't ever approach someone smoking to solicit my hobby. I'm more than happy to talk about it and pass out a business card if they approach me. And sometimes I'll more expressively vape around a smoking area or something. But as far as trying to press my views on someone, never.

Opposite for me. I sit in my bubble and vape. Almost every single time, a smoker will catch my eye, walk over and start asking questions. I'm happy to talk (unless I'm in the middle of a conversation with a friend) but I don't really feel the need to go up to random strangers and tell them about pvs. Then again, I don't act like I'm annoyed when they ask me questions.

I first saw a vaper on campus, at the smoking area. It's been 4 years since I tried vaping and his ego twist w/ some random clearo looked very different from my 510 so I started to ask him questions. He pretty much answered in yes or no and was VERY unapproachable. Maybe the dude needed to up his nic intake but he was really unfriendly. I gave up and came back to ecf. ^^ Glad I did.

Since then, I try to be as open and friendly as possible to random people who ask about my pv. ^___^

I feed my fur babies 4Health grain free kibble from Tractor Supply. Wet food is a bit cost prohibitive for me. They drink plenty of water & pee all day every day, flinging their litter around like little monkeys lol. I supplement with cooked meat. My brats like beef the most and chicken the least. I lecture people all the time about corn. Bad for humans, bad for kitties. Neither are designed to digest grain. I never say a word about vape unless people ask. Then I try to convert them once they do.

That have a cigarette in their hands, and tell them about pv's? I often feel like I'm in on a super awesome secret!

I don't. When I smoked, I hated people who volunteered advice on how to quit smoking. I didn't want to talk about it, so no. I really don't. But I do vape in public, wherever it's allowed. Sometimes I get a question about my PV, and when I do--I'm more than happy to talk! :)

If someone walks up to me and asks, I answer the questions. I would never approach someone else and start preaching. I liken it to me walking up to an obese person eating a hamburger and I start preaching how much better my salad is and how that burger is killing them and how they could have a 29" waistline like me. That would be downright rude.

When asked about vaping, I don't even offer the seemingly innocent "You should try it !!". I just answer the questions and let them draw their own conclusions. When asked "Do you recommend them ?" I always answer, "It worked for me !". Only YOU can be the judge if you wanna vape or not. That's not my station in life.

Yeah, me too... But, when I'm out and about, I wear mine on a lanyard so people are always walking up to me asking WTH that thing around my neck is... Convo gets started from there... I have the addy of our local B&M (and a couple websites - ECF being the first one) written down on a piece of paper I carry in my pocket so I can direct them to some resources so they can start their own Vaping adventure... Don't know how many follow through, but I hope at least a few do anyway...
