Haven't lost anything yet but I read a posting a few weeks ago about a poor fellow that lost grip on a very new Provari. Rolled onto the street and into a sewer grate never to be seen again. 
I lose them all the time. but then I find them right where I put them down lol. I've never lost one outside of the house though thankfully. hopefully that'll never happen. ALWAYS HAVE BACKUPS FOR YOUR BACKUPS!!!
That sucks, bob. I swear (a lot) that I could loose a car in a single car garage, so I know how you feel. They should really put those little proximity devices like they make for children in any mod that costs over $100...walk more than 10 feet away from it and it starts yelling 
Surprisingly, no. I lose everything else (I'm certain my husband is going to put "Where're my keys?" on my headstone) but I've never lost and of my PVs. Hope yours turns up soon.

Well, It did turn up. We have lil ones and the living room is always a mess. I had set it down on the table and it must of rolled off. I ended up buying a pack of smokes. Talk about a bad vape experience. Yuck. Cigs are gross! Anyways after 24 hours life is good again!

I actually order 2 replacements. Hooser has the bolt with 18650 extension sleeve for 33 bucks. I went ahead and picked up a kGo pass through as well. 2 pack ups now, I should be good. Spent money I didn't want to spend but its better then temping myself to buy cigs.
I know what is to lose a setup sadly I know what it is to lose your wallet and car keys too and I hope you find it soon.

ughh, I lost my very 1st mod which was a silver vein silver bullet... I figured it would be between the couch cushions or SOMEWHERE but I think I have lost it for good The silver bullet was the only pv I used where I'd frequently get asked if i was "smoking a bike peg?" ah... good times...
