It is Central Trade/Royalsmokers. They made this site for smaller customers, like a company store. The liquid and hardware are both higher priced for smaller quantities than on the main site, and they raised the price enough to offer free shipping. When we started our last order, CT had put samples pieces up on their site. After a week, they moved to this site and raised the prices.
They are very reputable with the understanding that, if they send you anything, they have fulfilled the order. In other words, if something you order is out of stock at box-up time, they will send you something they have on hand. It shouldn't be a big problem on the new site because the quantities are small. However, they don't do back orders and they don't give refunds. When it's your order's turn for processing, nothing holds it up. You would not believe what I received, as opposed to what I ordered in this last order. It was from CT/RS tho. And also important to know is that even tho they have a 1 year warranty, you have to place another order to get your item replaced. They don't do "send it in for a replacement."
only Western Union or "T/T bank transfer on company account" whatever that is?
