I've been in two co ops that included accessories so I have a lot of batteries. I'm very committed to eRoll. I get then charged up loaded and take two battery cases with me or keep them around at the house. A pocket full or zipper part of my purse full or handful ( ha ha yes, I clutch 3 at a time and rotate their puff turns.) when I vape I vape a pretty strong session and the first few drags are it and then on to a cool one. I think thee is an advantage in that my rotation will make it so everything lasts as long as it would if I bought a kit, used til it died and bought a kit used it til it died and so on. I do use my other stuff but even at home I need some eRoll time. They just have that edge over my big seet ups. And it's the Auto function that has me tricked into thinking they are best! I have the vapor Zeus now because its auto. Working on finding best carto or delivery device for it.

I can't bring myself to carry 3 fully assembled eRolls around with me, but I have to commend you for dealing with my only big complaint about the eRoll: this thing gets HOT. I was attracted to it because people in reviews say "It works out perfectly if you use it like you used to use a cigarette: take it out of the PCC, take a few puffs for a couple minutes, and throw it back in the charger." Well, I can vape with it for maybe 20 seconds before it gets so hot that I have to hold it all the way near the lit end. I guess all the Vamo, Lavatubes and tanks at home have me spoiled. :p

I'm worried that this will lead me to shelving the eRoll and going back to carrying an Ego-sized battery, but I'm trying to tough it out because I LOVE the form factor of this thing. A lot.

I soon got used to holding it just below the atty without covering the air hole. Its pretty much the way I held a smoke. Maybe it just takes time and practice? I had to get used to the size of the ego and pushing a button. six of one half dozen of the other I guess but I like the feel of the eroll when I would pick up a smoke.

Edit: If you label your tank and then place it with the label straight up or down when holding it like a smoke, you will never cover the airhole and be able to hold it more like one without touching the atty.

try a different atty. I have some that heat up and some that don't. Think it has to do with atty touching the side of the cone. Also make sure your cone is clean, that can cause heat to transfer to the cone.
