Yes, I was assuming you meant 24mg of Unflavored Nic which is why I mentioned it might mute the flavor some since you are essentially diluting the flavor base (which I also assumed was the 0mg Nic) by adding the unflavored.
Yes, that will work ... it will be almost 9mg when combined but I don't think that would be a big issue right? You may need to add more flavor depending on how you like it but that's better than putting in too much at first!
