Went to 1.2 now it wont read my Kanger T3. Went back to 1.1 and still saying no atomizer found. So I switched out the Kanger to my ProVari and it works fine. Really weird how it worked 5 minutes ago on 1.1 now it wont read any "tank" I put on it. I also put my HH357 on there and it reads and works fine. Ideas?
Kanger T3's have been known to be "too deep" to establish contact with the eVic's head in most of the times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You have 2 options: Either use an ego to 510 adapter or pull out just a bit the point of contact of the kanger's bottom coil gently with tweezers and you'll be good to go. It is unrelated with the firmware and there are many posts/videos about this issue.
What a huge improvement. Worked great on the Mac. Love the scroll left or right to change the home screen or VV/VW. Noticed auto scroll in the clock setting although maybe it did that before.
Have no idea how to use the MVR/VV although would be cool to understand.
Does anyone care to explain?

Basically it allows you change either the Volts or the Wattage dynamically through a puff. You get to set it to your liking.
As taken from the supplied pdf file with MVR:
"MVR VV: User can set three groups of output voltage according to the different range of atomizers resistance. In each group of atomizer resistance, the output voltage can be edited within 0- 10S, and this period can divide into at most 10 sections and the minimum unit of time is 0.1 S. Through editing form, the histogram below will show relevant vapor information in real time. After upgrading to eVic V1.2, eVic will choose one group of voltage output parameters of MVR VV according to different atomizers resistance."
The cool thing with MVR VV is that it can have different settings for 3 different resistance ranges so you don't have to change your settings depending on the coil you use, it'll do it for you.
"MVR VW: user can edit the output wattage of 0-10s by themselves. The maximum can divide into 10 sections and the minimum unit of time is 0.1 S.Through editing form, the histogram below will show relevant vapor information in real time. After upgrading to eVic V1.2, the program will limit the range of output wattage automatically according atomizer resistence. If your input value is is beyond the range, the program will automatically adjusted to the closest value of the range."
Being Watts, it does not need to have different settings depending on the resistance, the eVic will do that for you on the fly!
More premium juice, especially natural ones (vs synthetic flavours) have complex aromas that may be vaporized at different temps. This functionality theoretically would allow a wider range of temps during a puff thus delivering the full range of the flavours of your favourite juice.
