I have 2 Evic's currently, one is a little older than the other. I have noticed the older one takes all night to charge or only goes to 91% after sitting for 8 hours. Is it time to replace the battery??

Sounds like the battery, How long have you had it? and how are you charging it Wall or pc?
yea im gonna say replace the battery, only other thing that comes to mind is...have you tried charging the newer battery with the older evic to see if it has the same problem?
You may also want to try charging the battery in an external charger rather than using the eVic. I had difficulty getting the battery to charge fully using the evic, but the problems went away when I switched to an external charger (using a Pila and a xtar). Charge time is a lot faster as well.
Yea forgot to mention external charger cus I too use my eVic to charge, I have 3 batteries no issues though they all charge fully and at a decent rate.
I would also suggest an external charger. The eVic built in charge system may need a boost now and then
You might check the settings on the Evic as well. Make sure that you have the correct mAh set, as the mod uses this to calculate the charge remaining on your battery.
