I'm running the stock titanium coil in my ego one mega tank with my evic mini. My question is how many watts can this coil handle or the wattage range?

Titanium coils can only be run in "temperature control" mode.

In general, most manufacturers do not print wattage ranges on their NI & titanium coils.

In "temp control" wattage is your accelerator to get you up to speed (i.e.temperature). Wattage just determines how fast your coil heats up. If you set your wattage too high, the chip will dial back the power to keep you at the temperature you set, and you will get no vapor.
