This thing did not last even 30 days, and I did not even use it that much since I have been travelling and did not take it with me. It was not dropped. It worked for about 2 weeks, and then the troubles began. At first, it would start up fine (use IMR and the Panasonic flat top), but then it would not fire the atty, even though it detected it. It would then shut off. I did not hook it up to my PC since I just needed to stop travelling in order to have time to buy a new one which I got last week and finish setting up. I managed to connect to the software briefly (very briefly) once, and then death. I sent VK an email, but they only offer a 14 day warranty. Now, it will not even start up. I will wait to see what Vaporkings says.

Weird. I have had all the problems you mentioned with my device and they were all fixed by taking the battery out and putting it back in, sometimes more than once.
