Check both heads, to see if one is on the recall list. If so, that could be the reason for the extra one included

Did the spare head have a top cone? If not, Recall is reason for second Head.
Check against recall list.
If one is a Recall unit - You may be able to Flash firmware to rev 1.2 and get it to work okay.(maybe) Not all in the listed range were actual defects. However, show responsibility and do NOT sell or give a Recall piece to anyone else. Keep for personal use or Dispose properly.

No recall what so ever. I updated both heads to 1.2 and they're running smooth.
