Im using evic vt but it keep switching to wattage power mode..and it seems like its not firing up..can someone advice what to do..

What are you using for a coil and what is its ohms?

Im using nickel coil..it reads 0.2 ohm

Have you locked the resistance in while the coil is room temp?

Try a new coil. Mine would pop out of tc if I had a bad coil. Is the screen saying anything when u press the button?

After you trim the coil secure the screw again. Sometimes the connection will come loose after we cut or twist the coil.

Is the ohms the mod saying match or close to what the coil says it is?

Well I'm out of ideas, if you are still within the 90days I would contact joyetech to get it fixed.

Yup im contacting them..but heard alot of bad review of joyetech service..juz preparing to bought new mod..

When I had mine it only popped out a couple times. Once was a crap coil I made, the other was from me locking in the res when the coil was warm. I know the way its programmed if the res goes over 1ohm it pops out. Maybe ur 510 is messed up so its not getting a good connection. I did notice mine would act wonky if I tried to lock the res in while it was charging.

How can i replace the 510? Bcoz i think theres no contact..thats y its not firing.
