Today, while at work, my EVIC-VT would not fire my zephyrus. I thought it was a problem with the coil but turns out the 3 other tanks i tried on it will not fire either. Also, while testing these other tanks it read the resistance fine, but now it won't even see that there is an atomizer on it. I have never dropped this mod and frankly I'm very upset. I got it 2 weeks ago and it's already shot :/

Great products but often too complicated and unreliable. Lousy warranty terms too.

Don't take no for an answer. I took no as I bought my evic from a non-approved retailer (according to Joyetech, anyway)... still $100 down the drain.
The "joy" of Joyetech. Customer service doesn't exist and their warranty is non-existent. I had two eGrips that lasted 6 days each. Going on about 4 months now still no reply. So I finally did a video explaining their crap customer service and junk products. I won't use their products anymore. Oh, don't bother mentioning it on their Facebook. They rarely reply to comments, but they'll sure delete a comment about it and block you within minutes. Sucks you had to learn about it this way.
I have a Evic Vt coming in, and all these problems iI keep reading about is quite discouraging. Teach me to not order before its been properly tested I suppose.
Well, the bad news for UK people is almost none. Joyetech name 4 retailers (i.i.r.c), one being Totally Wicked, of course.
They sell to other vendors then call those vendors "copycat" meaning they wash their hands of all responsibility to replace or repair anything at all. It's a question of how honorable your vendor is.
My replacement EVIC (v.1) came from an approved vendor. It's out of warranty now... it's a dinosaur piece of hardware really.
There has been quite an uproar on the UK Vapers forums about the new EVIC VT.....From just looking at the specifications of the device you are onto a winner...Until you receive it, and it turns into a pretty brick.
I really, really feel for those customers who took the plunge as it looks the bees knees only to be let down by crap warranties and customer service to boot...For me, it went very quickly from the must buy list to avoid, like the plague. But these, I must point out are my own opinions made up of 100's of peoples posts...

Glad I resisted the urge to plunge. Saving up for a nicer tc mod later on. Praying over my ipv4's is enough stress!!!
If its white a friend had same problem but screen went black wouldnt do anything at all he plugged it in n it kinda flashed twice n worked fine since he seems to think its possessed because it happen while he was driving to work in a.m. traffic when u really need that vape or that nic hit more than anything lol
I always carry two devices with me and some spare batteries for that exact reason!
