Just got mine with a Tron tank, currently using Nickel200 coil. Setting is 450-500 for temp and 75 for wattage. Anyway, it seems that I need to constantly to remove the drop tip and drop some e-juice into atomizer coil, otherwise there's no vapor production at all or I have to draw very hard. I have tried lower the wattage and temp. Nothing change, and after I drop some e-juice, I can get a good 10-15 puffs before the vapor production went out again. What did I do wrong?

Did you prime the coil before installing it in the tank? Then filling the tank. Then doing primer puffs to get the coil fully saturated with juice in the tank. Finally, hitting it?
I did, I did every trick possible, from no power draw, to letting it sit and quick hit.
Try dropping your wattage to 60. Sounds like the coil isn't re-juicing fast enough. Could be the juice is too thick.
Did you lock the base resistance at room temperature when you first installed the coil?
Sounds like you are not sure what you are doing.
What consistency is your E-liquid? Mud does not flow well.

Can tell you, 75w should Be Frying that thing or Constantly giving Errors if it is not wicking.

You should be getting a mouth full of juice if your dripping it through the drip tip. Take it apart and make sure there is nothing blocking the juice holes in the coil head. That tank should be dry at 75w with pretty much any juice. For me it tops out at about 35w
i have also same problem and i have changed to 60 watts now it okay for me. but tron tank not good.
I had the same problem with the tron until I found out how to adjust the airflow. If you have to draw very hard the airflow is too tight.
