In TC mode on my Snow Wolf, I find 40 watts fine for most purposes and my juice responds well between about 390-450 degrees F. The EVIC VT will surely be different, but that will give you a starting point.

I find the VT runs a bit cooler than some of the other TC devices. 480 on the VT is like 440 on the snow wolf in my experience. I'm pretty sure the Istick40 uses the same or similar chip as the VT but it runs eeven cooler I use it at like 520 to get the same expeerience as about 440 on the snow wolf

Hi I just got my eVic VT (black) this thing is a beast! Using the Ni coil in temp control i'm at 60W and 480F it detects the coil at 0.2Ohm steady without the lock so far, been chain-vaping it using the standard tank that came with it - clouds look like atomic bombs if you do a lung pull:) loving it!

About to try the shiny new Lemo2 tank also, seems it comes with a Kendall coil, by the say anyone here have suggestions on wattage to use on Kendall with lemo2 tanks?

Can anyone show me a picture of what their LED screen looks like? I'm doing a redstone juice from Mod Fuel with the NI coil that originally comes with it.

Then do you just set it back to power mode? because if I try to vape with it on this screen then it just shows "protection"

Power mode doesn't use temperature control. It is a whole different way of using the device kinda like when you put your TV on a different input to watch cable or a DVD. They are totally different and work very differently.

The way temp control works is by taking it up to the temp you want and then pulsing the power on and off to maintain the temperature. Protection means it has hit the temperature and is pulsing off, as long as you are taking a puff the airflow will cool down the coil and take it off of protection. As you puff the protection should flicker on and off, if you are pushing the button without puffing the protection will be on most the time because nothing is cooling it back down.

That factory .5 Kanthal liked to stay inder 30-35 watts. You can push it higher, but the Lemo2 breathes so welk you don't have to.
