I got my YFTK clone from fasttech today, very fast delivery this time.

First cons:
it is not the MTL deck version as this has 2,7mm airhole under coil, not 1,8mm as stated in description.

Mine came with two airflow rings but both are straight 22mm version, I tought that other one should be 22 to 24 mm beauty ring style. It’s not a big deal for me.

Tank looks just as good as in fasttech product pictures, finishing is very good.

I washed it (was very clean) and made a built 28ga kanthal 3mm diameter, 1,4 ohms. Easy to build and wick, got it to work well on first try.

Filled the tank, put on the smallest 0,8mm airflow setting. Nice dense vapour and good flavor, no gurgle or leaking. The draw is not as tight as I would like but acceptable, and tight enough for most users for sure.

Another problem is that the tank rotates very easily. I think in my pocket the tank could easily open up by itself. I dont know if this can be fixed somehow, and is it as loose on the real version.

So somewhat mixed first impressions, but the vape quality and build quality are both good.

I think I should ask fasttech for a free MTL deck because that what the advertised this to have.

Review of the authentic...

Been waiting to see an authentic review before buying and I'm definitely liking...so is it possible to screw and unscrew the tank from the mod without moving the jc? Perhaps just holding the tank at the very bottom? It's not an issue either way, just curious

JC? Juice Control?

If so yes.... You can hold and turn the ring to unscrew the tank from the mod with the juice control in open or closed position..

The authentic does not come with the 22<24 beauty adapter. It's purchased separately.

My tank does not rotate easily and while it does move fairly easy to open or close juice flow, I've not had it move while in a pocket...

It seems there is two version of clone around, other one has that beauty adapter and MTL deck, the YFTK version does not. Both are on 3fvape.
That tank fitting could be the biggest weakness on the YFTK, it has not fallen off by accident yet but surely it should be a tighter fit. I can turn mine from the drip tip easily, and the tip is not tightly fitted at all.
I have the tank in my pocket for work now so lets see how it stays on...

I must also say this tank wicks like a champ and vapor production and flavor are both very good. Hard to say how different the vape is with the MTL deck, but I can live with this one.

My YFTK also arrived from FT yesterday.

I also only received the 2.7mm DTL deck as well, which makes it unusable for me from the get-go, but it appears very well machined and I do like the innovative juice flow control/deck release. It seems cack handed to start with, but it's a simple twist solution that's quite genius really when you get used to it. The AFC ring works and has some good options, but it rattles about as soon as you start unscrewing the tank from the mod, which might irritate some. Nice thick Ultem tank.

My JFC twists quite smoothly, but not loosely.

Oh and @raqball - they lined the V of EVL up nicely with the open juice flow control :)

This tank reminds me a lot of the Dvarw actually. Way too much inner airflow for me with the DTL deck though (took me back to my Kanger Subtank days :), so I wont comment beyond that about the vape quality until I can actually try a MTL deck.

Anybody try this on YFTK? Is this real 1.8mm hole?

Yeah it looks very much like Dvarw, just few mm taller than 3,5ml version but with much smaller juice capacity.

I am a tight MTL vaper and I was surprised that Reaper with DL- deck vaped this well. If they would make a deck with 1mm hole I would get that, 1,8mm is still not that small.

I'm definitely a mtl vapor and am thinking of purchasing the 1.8mm mtl version. I'm hoping that, plus the AFC ring set to perhaps 1mm will give me what I'm use to? I vape the darvw at 1.2mm insert, vape a prime on the 1.2 setting, vape the tighter doggy version

Hard to say. I vape Dvarw on 0,8mm and Berserker on the 1.0mm airflow, and Reaper with 0.8mm feels a lot looser than those.
I asked Fasttech support if they will give customers the MTL deck for free as this was marketed as the MTL version.

Just pulled the trigger on a reaper. Kept thinking it was 99 bucks, but it was euros, so in the end, it was like 145 bucks...I dont know why I keep buying rtas, I probably have 25 high end tanks and half I dont use anymore, but at least once or twice a year I cant help myself. Hey, still a lot cheaper then smoking, I would of spent that in 10 days buying cigs and nothing to show, but with this, I will have it forever

You'll dig it and yeah it's pricey.. Mine was pushing $200 after I added the beauty ring, a Steam Tuner drip tip and shipping...

FWIW, the Reaper V3 is about 3mm smaller than the Dvarw with 3.5ml tank. Reaper is 33mm and Dvarw with 3.5ml tank is 36mm...

I was looking at their tips but most were sold out. The v1's came with really quality tips, just wish the v3 did also.

I'm pretty sure my darvws are 3.5ml and i just measured at 32mm. Its possible they are 2ml tanks, as I have had them for sometime now and I never actually measure in my juice when refilling, but I'm pretty sure they are 3.5ml

I got the numbers off the Dvarw and EVL websites. I used the DL number with 3.5ml tank for the Dvarw...

Dvarw DL 3.5ml Nano tank: 36.1mm Dvarw DL RTA Nano tank section – KHW mods

EVL Reaper V3 DL: 33mm https://www.evlvapors.co.uk/product-page/reaper-v3
