Evo battery issue

Hello everybody,
Just bought my first evo starter kit from a retailer in UK. I was very happy with the product but after five days of usage the battery started to behave in a bizarre way. Upon connecting it to the usb adapter it will flash three then five times and the charger led remains green. Despite leaving it to charge for hours, the battery fails to charge. Has the battery gone dead ?

Hi mofa. Have you tried unscrewing the battery a small amount? I got that on a similar device when I screwed it into the charger too tight.

Failing that, have a word with where you bought it as the places I've bought from have excellent customer service.

Most likely it's bad, try cleaning the threads in case some juice got in there. If you have a second battery you can make sure the charger sill works.
