I have occasionally had this. Simple fix:

1. Take one of those old lighters you have lying around that you no longer use.

2. Take one of your unfolded paper clips

3. Remove inner cart from loose mouthpiece

3. Heat straight bit of paper clip with lighter (preferably do this by holding the paper clip with a cloth or something so you don't burn your fingers)

4. Touch hot paper clip down the inside of loose mouthpiece in a few places (? say north, south, east & west ?) .... and I do mean TOUCH or you'll burn through the mouthpiece!!!

5. Re-insert inner cart

6. Re-attach to atty

Voila! No more loose cart! :D

I haven't made the purchase for the EVO yet, but it's one of my top contenders. I noticed that the cart slippage may be an issue on the various video reviews, but no one ever seemed to mention it in them. It was a concern for me, but if this little trick solves the problem, I wont worry about it anymore... as long as it still looks un-modded anyways. The only concerns I still have left for this unit are the switch sensitivity (I bartend), and the removal of their 20/25 discount codes.

I have found the EVO batteries LESS sensitive than some other M401/2 batteries I have tried, and they are much less sensitive than 510 auto batteries.

Loud noises (or more accurately, vibration) can be an issue with just about all auto batteries. The only way around it is to get a manual battery unit. I have recently bought some EM4 manual batteries from www.eastmall.net - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd to use with my EVO in those few situations when I can't use the auto EVO batteries... at it works a treat :D (Best of both worlds ;) )

Thanks for the tip! I'll remember that when if and when I finally pull the trigger to buy EVO. I go out/work often, so this I am sure will be a must! Do you have the Pelican case? And if so, will it do an adequate job of muffling noise/vibration when the EVO is not in use? ...at least until I can buy some manuals too?

use an old 801 donor battery...slips snugly over the plastic EVO cart..I guess plastic stretches a little over time. just cut the 801 battery tube down to size and slide the EVO cart inside, the metal won't be prone to stretching. Or, you can do by using a dead EVO battery and making like scott does in his bling ecig mod video...seems like a lotta extra work for the same results..but if you can't get a dead 801 battery...you could use a dead 401/402...hope this helps.

Information on the carts.

Intellicig has been modifying the cart to get them to fit snugger without them being too snug. I am sorry for the inconvenience that some of the carts may cause, I hope that the tricks that were outlined work well.

also over time it seems that some carts may stretch a bit, you may have to replace your carts with newer ones as well.

If you have any other questions that I can help you with please let me know

Thank you all again!!
