intellicig-usa.com seems to have genuine evo's, however I just can't vouch for them as I have not placed an order yet.

-they don't stock eco pure liquid (yet?)

-What their site says about the "evo" they carry: "Intellicig-USA.com is an APPROVED supplier of the Intellicig Evolution electronic cigarette from IntelliCIG in the UK." ("About Us")

-no phone contact yet, either. -j4mmin

Taylor, in actuality thats exactly the same question many of us are wondering...and, I totally understand where you're coming from, as far as wanting the top-quality cigs and liquid, which was the only reason I ordered from them in the first place! Here is what I have deduced during the past few days:

1. Sometime after the 3rd of July, they got flooded with orders (200 in a day, I believe?)

2. Their IT guy went on vacay during all of this.

3. Intellicig EVO shipments were either lost, seized, or returned; this happened recently, and I have no details except that they will *not* be selling them on the site again until at least August; They won't even list it as a product until they have it in their hands(good move, by the way, although being a bit more preemptive would've been nice)

4. The owner has had personal issues/vacation/other things going on apparently; again, no details here.

5. I have deduced(no confirmation on this yet, though, so absorb at your own risk) that if you placed an order with a number 1-550, your order WAS filled, and SHOULD have been shipped, even if it was an evo order(I think we made nearly the same order), and even if you didn't get a USPS conf. email. After 550 is still anyone's guess; I would hope that those guys wouldn't take any orders if the product was out of stock...but anything beyond that is just speculation.

If they would get back to me, it would make this situation a lot easier to deal with...although I have to thank others "in the loop" for providing some info before I can make contact with 'em. -j4mmin

I have spent a couple days pulling my hair out over the EVO. Here is the deal.

I have spoken at length with John Chamley at intellicig. Great guy and he is also pulling his hair out.

first. Apparently a change was made to the EVO atomizer and intellicig was not notified by the manufacturer. So I as a lowly supplier/distributor was really out of the loop. This change results in the cart being slightly stretch by the atty and as a result the EVO may plunge to an early death due to a loose cart atomizer intereface.

Second. I forst heard about this from a customer. Verified it and pulled the EVO from the site. I will not knowlingly ship a product I know will be a problem.

Third. I had ordered several hundred replacements that I thought would solve the problem. I ordered them 2 weeks ago. However I just found out that there is a supply issue. I was pretty late in being informed on this.

The result is I cannot say with certainty when I will have a solid EVO on hand. The EVO is my primary device and a device I love, I quit smoking with the EVO. This is a huge blow to me.

I will not hesitate in suggesting that you can contact intellicig directly and letting them know we need EVOs.

I am working on this daily trying to get them here (and working right) as soon as possible.

i use my evo as my primary device now(over my 510) and am about to try to Stock up on parts!?!?!?!?!
so i should hold off until this gets fixed? because i havent had anything but GREAT performance from my EVO.

Thanks for the heads up NOAH

I feel your pain. I am an EVO die hard. I use mine all day everyday and I love it. I am working everyday to get more information on when the EVO will arrive to both the UK and InnoVapor (I was assured i would be the first to get them since I have kits on BO for over 2 weeks).

Honestly, Hold off. The EVO is ultra reliable so it is unlikely yours is going to quit on you. I'll be posting EVO updates as I get them (probably start an EVO thread soon).

I need to get the stock thing figured out in term of delivery and the cart fit. The cart fit is an issue of a very, very tiny difference in size in the most recent production run of atomizers. Not enought to cause leaking but enough to lose the tight engagement of the cart to the atty. Just enough that if you were going hands free and leaning over the atty might slip out of the cart, no good.

I'll keep you up to dat but trust that I have a personal investment in the EVO. I could bring in 401s for much cheaper but I love the EVO and I am commited to selling them. I'll get it figured out.

What terrible timing on my part... I recently had put a black EVO order in recently because I have become infatuated with it but didn't make the cut. I hope we will see these soon! All other ecigs just pale in comparison to it in my eyes, and I've never even used one lol.

Trust me I am working on it. Staying up right now to make a call to the UK in a few hours as soon as I have any, any information at all I will post it.

Thanks,

Noah

I have been using my EVO for almost a week being one of the lucky ones to get my order through. The EVO is an awesome product, enough so that I am ready to make the plunge and get multiple extra parts pelican case chargers etc. Your candid response in laying out the facts is a fresh change to all of the normal BS I see out there and has convinced me that your company is worth the wait. Keep up the good work.

I appreciate that. I really do make every effort just to be straight. I am glad you appreciate that!

I agree and I love the EVO, getting ready to call intellicig and I am hoping there is some good news!

I update as soon as I hear anything new, good or bad.

Thanks again.

I ordered the EVO two weeks ago and finally got it a few days ago, but it was missing the charger. So I had maybe two hours of vaping before it died. Now I am waiting for them to ship a charger to me, but I can't get a conformation number out of any of them.

Sucks.

I am starting to get fed up with this company, and I have been so ****ing patient with them.

IV,
I have 2 different types of carts for my evo. the ones i got from you, and 5 i got as a freebee from a ECF member for atties....
the ones i have from you have a raised inner cart. the ones i got from mamu dont.
none seem to work with one of my atties from you and a couple are a tiny bit big.
do the carts vary that much sometimes?
i heard there are 2 different types of 401 carts.
think i maybe got the old type? or the new

v/r, jeff
