ProStreet, I agree and disagree with you about the 401's all being the same.

I have an Evo and a Pilot and am waiting for my Bumble Bee to arrive. :D

After over a month of vaping these things, and heavily, I might say, I am leaning more and more for the non Evo. I just can't stand that two minute cutoff!

Although I believe that the two minute cutoff extends the battery charge and the atomizers. That's why I'm buying more non-Evo 401's. They will not last as long, but as long as I've got enough batts and atts, I should be fine! :D

Just my .02 cents. ;)

I hit the 2 minute cut off on my pilot all the time. My pilot is not the greatest performer to be honest. I got 2 atomizers and both work the same. My friends pilot works 10X better than mine. You make it sound like the pilot doesnt have a 2 minute cut off but it sure does.

They are the same. I Have both Piot and Evo. I don't like the Evo batts. Mine are a lil sensitive, especially the smaller atom batt. I love the Pilot from PS. The Evo took almost 3 weeks to get here. On the other hand the Evo inner cart rulls. Better design and lasts longer than the Pilot with it's one leg POS. If you get either one make shure you get a couple extra batts. They last a long time but they are sensitive to the wind. I always carry 4 just to be shure. And 5 topped up carts, with a small bottle of juice. Oh ya don't forget the most important tool of all.. the paperclip ;) But I always used to carry an extra pack of analogs too. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. That's a my moddo. :D

Oh Pilot has a cutoff. I have only hit it once though and was out in the wind. I hit the cutoff on my Evo atom every time almost. I think it is a lil to over sensitive though. Like you said it seems to be luck of the draw with these things.

BTW 4.7653 sec for me :D Every time.....

ProStreet, I know there's a two minute shutoff on the Pilot. I just very rarely hit it. I always hit the Pilot 5 second time. :(

The two are the same except for the cut off timing. I guess I just have long vapes. 8-o

So what about the Bumble Bee from DS vs PS Pilot?

I can't speak for the DS or PS...however...i got my Bumblebee yesterday and let me tell you...it's a little work horse! Vapes good...carts are tight so your juice won't leak out like it does in the nJoy PRO. I think you would like it. Cute too! I got mine from Dietsmokes.com

Exactly like the Pilot, but yellow atomizer. I ordered yellow and red atomizers from DS and a Bumble Bee. The Bumble Bee also has larger cartridges than the Pilot. I don't even use the Pilot carts anymore. I've stocked up from Digismokes and Dietsmokes with larger carts.

:D

Thanks for clearing that up ProStreet you are a doll. I thought the Evo and M401 were the same product just like the RN4075/DSE901 and so on and so on and so on. This is all so confusing for us noobs. I'm glad there are people like you out there to help sort out the confusion :D
LOL, as confused as you are, let me correct this...the dse 901 and RN 4075 are not the same unit. they both claim as dse 901 in their instruction manuals, but they are not the same, they are from different mfr.'s. they look similar, but the carts atomizers and batteries are all different.

Does that mean I am hurting my TW plat by using a 901 USB passthrough with it?

ProStreet, I MUST agree with you, the cutoff is HORRIBLE. To top it off the evo I RECEIVED(2 atomizers) performs like my "smoking everywhere" unit. Poor vapor, and the batts only put out @2.8 volts. I glad I saw your reply as I posted my review of the EVO and I have people defending the thing like it's their company(wink). Based on John from intellicig say he was waiting for a shipment, I'd assume it's another unit from Asia where quality varies alot.
Also the carts were quite dry, and adding only 2 drops of liquid(carefully with a TB syringe) causes liquid to escape out the end. The EVO was probably one of my dumber decisions, got swayed by the videos online. They must be putting motor oil in the atomizers before filming.

I love the generic penstyles, LOADS of vapor

from what i understand(i only have 1 of the 2) the 4075 is so close of a clone, that the batteries are interchangeable between the 2 models, so you should have no problem with the passthrough. the 4075 runs hotter than the 901, and the cart size is slightly off, making them loose/tight. i think i read that the 901 uses electronic batteries instead of the mechanical switch in the 4075, but again, the threads and power are compatable.
