I got my evo (evolution) from intellicig just over a week ago. And how is it going?
Well, not bad. I had one teething problem, where I was losing vapour because I wasn't re-filling correctly. Intellicig's support were reasonably quick at responding to my request though I actually sorted the issue out myself.
The real indicator is I'd decided I'd still smoke real cigarettes when I felt like it. That's working out at about once a day. And it may well become less when I find a flavour of liquid I really get on with.
I got 20ml of ECOpure regular at 20mg strength. It's OK - I think the strength is probably right for me. It just doesn't seem to taste of much. It is lasting well though. One week on and I've probably only used a quarter of it. I used to smoke 10 a day. I suppose this means it'll take me a while to get round to finding a flavour I really like.
I suspect that's what it'll take to fully convert me. Unlike quite a few posters I still prefer the taste of a real cigarette. Gitane being my favourites, does that suggest any flavours I should try?
My only real problem is that the 5 second auto cut-out is frustrating - because I never know when I'll set it off. I'm still not sure I'd get on with a manual better though. batteries are no problem so far. I got one larger and on smaller - it doesn't seem to make much difference, since they both last long enough for the other one to charge up before I need it.
You could say I made the kind of newbie 'mistakes' people on here warn against. I just found it all so confusing and alien I went for something comparatively cigarette like. And I don't regret it. I think I would have got stuck wondering if I could really put up with something odd looking (like a screwdriver) and never got started with vaping.
Now I feel I can take my time trying to find out if there is a model that really gives as much 'smoke' as a real cigarette...
