Are all evod 2's glass? I was looking on discountvapers and their description had the polycarbonate warnings. I was under the impression that the 2nd version was glass.

Kanger eVod Glass - Stainless

He calls it the Evod Glass, and says its made with pyrex glass.

Then he gives the polycarbonate warning. Very weird.

I think the polycarbonate warning might be a mistake.

I guess you'll have to e-mail him to know for sure.

I just bought one at Kanger EVOD GLASS
However, I don't plan on using it. It's a gift for someone. They also sell the new updated coils as well.

The EVOD 2 Glass is glass, he only has one that is glass. What he wrote is a mistake. He probably used an EVODS description, copied it, pasted and added the Glass to the description.

I just ordered one from discountvapors last week and I can tell you the stainless steel EVOD 2 glass is glass. No juice will crack it.

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, been a busy work week. I hated the original Evods to be honest with you. I have been using carto tanks. However, I needed something small and slim for on the go. So I decided to try the EVOD Glass. I love them. I think they vape better than the plastic.

So far I have tried the NEW Kanger dual coils that come with the Mega tank and the Protank 3 dual coils. I like the Protank 3 coils better in the Evod glass. Not sure why but the NEW dual coils seem to work better for me in the Mega tank than the Evod.

Also just an FYI your protank / evod coils will NOT work on the EVOD Glass. You will have to buy the new dual coils and they are juice hoge. But that could be also the reason why I like the Glass so much, because of the new coils. Either way, I only like vaping from glass tanks.

There has been reports on here that some have used the BASE of the mini protank 2 on the EVOD Glass and that allowed them to use the older coils. I have not tested this out since I don't have a mini protank. Also some people have added the extra rubber piece to the original protank coil ( flipped it upside down, so now you have to 2 rubber pieces stacked with the top one upside down ) to make the older coils work on the new Evod Glass. I have not tried that either since I like the new dual coils made for the EVOD Glass.
