Clean the threads and around the contacts thoroughly on both the evod, inside and out, and battery with alcohol wipes or paper towel and alcohol. Use a toothpick to get down in the crevices. Do the same on your charger. When you buy replacement coils for a standard battery buy the 2.0 or 1.8. When you replace a head and have the same problem it's usually a thorough cleaning issue. Evods are my favorite all day.
