Not as much as playing ostrich about a defective batch and losing faith/good standing with their customer base would have cost them. Kudos for being a stand up company Kanger!

3400 is the highest that I'm aware of and just about any vape store has them. You can even get them on amazon.com or eBay.

Be careful when ordering from Amazon. For example... Amazon has listings for 3400mah TrustFire 18650 batteries. However, the real TrustFire company does NOT make an 18650 over 3000mah. So these 3400's on Amazon are fake, and according to reviews on the Amazon website, they do not test anywhere near 3400mah.

"Bad" batteries were only sold on Heavens-gift. I've bought one and as soon as they've found out about potential problems they have sent me an e-mail and new battery free of charge.
