Forgot to ask how long does the atty normally last before there is no point to re doing the wick.

The coil itself should pretty much be good until it pops... And that really depends on much and how long you dry burn.. ie how hot the wire gets during that process.

You might go through a few as you learn the process, but once you learn the ins and outs and be gentle with them, I would suspect that a coil itself can last for months...

The only issue I can forsee that will stop it being rebuilt indefinately is the silicon O-rings that seal it wearing to the point of leakage and the post insulator (silicon top hat) either scorching/cracking or being damaged as to start causing shorts.

The post insulators are available from the USA but the store says it dosn`t ship overseas :( however being so small a package and of low value I`m sure I might be able to persuade them to post me some in a little airmail envelope :)

Other than that I suppose you can rebuild them until the threads wear out! :D
