:( evod cracked a bit... how badly is it compromised?

OK... rinsed out my evod for some new juice this morning when i noticed a hairline crack near the top (I did drop it a few days ago, guessing that is when it happened)... It's hard to make out, but its goes from where the arrow is, diagonally up and around going right to a similar spot on the other side. Now, I didn't notice any leaking or any other issue with the performance... but I know that this is compromised.

My question is... how compromised... I am going to put in an order for some evods (and try out the MT3s), and I have other gear, but how messed up is this one? I doesn't appear to be completely cracked all the way through, but it is still a crack. It's not to the outside, but it might have broken the tank's seal... which would mess up the wicking and pressure... but that, at least, hasn't happened yet.

It'll get tossed when the new gear comes in, but until then.... how messed up do you think it is?

Looks superficial to me, I'd keep it and vape it, even when the new gear comes.

put a piece of clear tape on it maybe, or some epoxy, and rock it

I have one that has the same exact crack. I think it happened when i boiled it. Have been using it with no issues all week.

Yeah.. not sure when it happened. It seems to be on the interior, so the worry is a loss of seal in the tank. But when I filled it, I didn't see any juice catching on it, so it might be a closed crack... I hope at least.

No seal issues. No leaks. Performs as if brand new.

If you're concerned about the seal, take the bottom off, plug it with your finger, and try to blow into the mouthpiece...
