Maybe you are building to small of coils. 30 gauge at 7 wraps and mine come out to 1.9 amps. Stuff with organic cotton and finger nail clipper cut as close to head as possible. Then lay on top 2 strands of silica wick and snap on chimney and then clip silica. Have rebuilt 50 0r 60 and have had only one bad one. That one had to much cotton and it was like sucking a golf ball through a straw.

I use an evod tank pretty much every day. I have gotten coils that have lasted a week and coils that have lasted up to a few months. It seems like it's hit and miss with these coils. That's why I started rebuilding them myself. It's not too hard once you get the hang of it.

I seem to get more consistent and longer lasting coils after I started rebuilding them. There is some great rebuilding vids on YouTube. Good luck!
