Evolution Contest RUN OFF!

Wow! Many GREAT ideas!


This decision is very difficult. What makes if harder is that the ideas that are in the forefront are similar ideas given by three people.


How can I choose 1 person? I can't! So I am going to let the people choose! In the next 3 post I will copy and paste each idea (one idea per post) of the 3 runners up. The post with the most likes at 10pm EST on Tuesday 5/15/2012 will decide the winner of Contest #1 and will determine Contest #2.

My idea for a contest would be to write how you have Evolved in your vaping. I know most of us vapers usually started out vaping one way with one thing, such as an ego, and have evolved into something new such as a Provari, lavatube, Reo, etc. and cartos atties or tanks and what you feel it was that made you feel you needed to evolve. Such as the ease of convenience of using a carto tank. Then winner would be chosen by random.org. I like contests chosen by random, although most of the contests I see won, who say they used random.com, I am quite skeptical of based on who seems to be winning all the time.

I think random might be best. I have trouble deciding. Plus, I'd hate for anyone to think I was "picking & choosing." That is one reason I made this one by number of likes.

YAY!! I can't believe I am in the running to win one of these gorgeous beauties. I just tried my first tank a couple weeks ago and fell in love with the ease of using tanks. Mine is just a simple little black rubber ended tank. I could really use an upgrade and you can't get more of an upgrade than the Evolution!! With 3 little ones 3 years old and under always trying to grab everything, having bottles of juice out all the time is not a good idea, so being able to fill up a tank and just vape has been such a blessing. I really would love to win!! Good Luck to the other 2 finalists!

Although Random.org hates me, I do believe unless this is for a commodity that the supplier is gonna use for business proposes, it is the most fair contest results. When it is actually a piece of advertising, i.e. slogan, t-shirt, logo, or such, which will represent the company, then the vendor should have the final decision for what they like. Those are just MHO's.... Good luck to all for a truly unique tank!

Random.org works for me. It works great on Internet broadcast. My main concern is being 100% transparent. That is why I came up with the "likes" for this contest. That way the masses decide and it's visible to all.

I'm really new to this and never imagined the difficulty in promotion/contest etc. (For me anyway)
My background is in science and I am good with "how things work"...self promotion not do much.

The last 2 between Calamity Jane and myself are basically exactly the same, where the contest would be about how our own personal vaping experience has evolved so I think I may lose as she has been here on ECF for 2 years more than me and knows many more people, so more people will probably vote for her. Come on vote for the Underdog. Only joking, but I soooo want to win. The Evolutions are just gorgeous. How bout if I tell you if you don't like my post I will cry? Will that work.
