Dripping is the way to go...well not for everyone but i think it's a lot easier...and yes juice mouth is repulsive!!!
update:
I've been refilling for a few days now and I ended up choosing the dripping from the bottle method. It may take more work (removing the cap etc.) but it's worked for me better.
I tried the condom method and somehow didn't work as well.

I tend to wonder what kind of nicotine concentration you would get with the liquid in your mouth. I guess it probably wouldn't be too much, but definitely more than taking it in vapor form.
This happened to me on my very first e-cig try. I had ordered my e-cig and after three days of anxious waiting it arrived. I took it out of the box, screwed it together, and took a hit. Only to get a mouthful of juice. Thank god I had read enough to know that wasn't normal and not to give up. If that was vaping no one would do it LOL.
yup learning curve ... I still do that from time to time. I have been using the ego tank now and haven't run into that problem yet ...
