I put my ego together and set it down to get some work around the house. I finished up what I was doing and decided it was time for a break and YUCK! Liquid must have leaked onto the mouthpiece. How do I keep that from happening again. That was seriously not pleasant

You should try one of those new mega cylinder attys with the mega cartridge for the ego, not only do they last for hours on a single fill, I can't even make these things leak. I love these things!

Leakig is one of the main reasons I don't use carts anymore...
Do they really not leak??

I have not had a single leak in over two weeks of heavy use. And I sometimes drag a little harder then I should, guess old habits are hard to break.

Do they wick better than regular carts using the stock filling, or do you have to mod them to make them work well?

Yes, they work great as is, no mod needed.

BTW, they hold well over 2 ml of juice and you no longer need the cone to make it look good, in fact the won't fit on it. The first time I filled one it seemed like it wasn't going to work, no vapor was coming out, I let it sit for a few seconds and then it started working great, lots and lots of vapor.
