I recently purchased a Bella tank from Hoosier Vapes. When it arrived, I was unable to fit a carto through the tank. I contacted the vendor to see if there had been other problems reported, and said that as my husband is a machinist, it would be no problem for him to fix my tank.
Hoosier Vapes preferred that I send the tank back, so they could check on it themselves. Turned out to be an o-ring issue, and they returned my tank in perfect condition, including extra cartos and o-rings, as well as offering to pay for my shipping costs to return the product.
Throughout this, they were great about keeping in communication with me, and resolved my problem as quickly as possible.
I have received my "fixed" tank, and it works perfectly.
