Must give a big thumbs up for taking customer service seriously. I have ordered a bunch of bella tanks from Hoosier with no prob, I had a tank that cracked due to my own mistake. So I ordered some glass replacement tubes that stated it comes with diff o rings for a better seal. I opened up my vapemail late Friday night to find 3 glass tubes with of coarse no o rings!! I emailed Hoosier at 11:00 that night, and got a response back within 10 mins apologizing for the mistake and that they will take care of the problem. The next morning I get my confirmation that a package was shipped. To my surprise I came home Monday to a package. Not only did they throw in a couple extra sets of o rings, they even upgraded the shipping and tossed in a bottle of juice!!! Its so nice to see that customers still matter, I will continue dishing out my hard earned cash to the folks at Hoosiervapes, Sorry so long I just had to pass on some good feed back!!
