Placed an order this afternoon from SmartVapes - Electronic Cigarettes, Dripping Atomizer, E-Liquid and More!, and got an awesome deal on a xtar VP2, To make it an even better deal, I added two packs of Kanger Protank replacement coils, for free shipping. After juggling between the 1.5 and 2.5 ohm resistances in the cart, I finally decided to get 2 1.5ohms. 16 minutes after I placed my order I received an email stating that they were short 1 pack of 1.5 ohm heads. Being at work I didn't notice I had gotten the email. Three minutes after the email was sent I got call on my cell.... (my workplace is pretty lax regarding cell phone use... as long as you don't abuse it) It was Smart Vapes calling to see what I wanted to do with the order... I was pretty surprised as most e-tailers that I'm ordered from would have just left it at the email....
After receiving my shipping notice within 30 mins of placing my order(!) it seems like they bumped my (free) shipping from 1st class to Priority...
I've never had problems dealing with vaping vendors (knock on wood), but other than the occasional freebies, have never seen customer service to this extent.
