So I ordered the Provari with the extension and the 18650 batteries. Subsequently, I ordered the smaller batteries so I could have the best of both Provari worlds. I then sent an email asking them to combine the orders because I couldn't figure out how to get the orders combined.
I then received an email from Phil that said the order had already shipped for the batteries, they send them as soon as they receive the order. Now we are only talking a few dollars, so I replied back and said "no problem". Today I received an email saying they would deduct it off my Provari order when it ships. That's pretty classy. I don't think I talked them into going ahead and sending me the Provari though.
