I just want to say thank you to ProVape. I got my Provari V2 in on Friday, but the extension cap I ordered was not in the box. I emailed on Saturday and got a response within an hour. They had me make sure the cap didn't get tossed out with the packing peanuts, and then agreed to ship a new one out. I just got the shipping confirmation a few minutes ago.
