Huge Shoutout to Switcher at JR Custom Turnings... There i was... fishing to my hearts content (despite not catching a single fish) when suddenly my Carto dies... Oh well.. i go to grab another and then realize... i put the box of cartos on my desk last night when i was repacking my tacklbox... Called Switcher... 20 min later he has a fresh order in my hands... and i'm back to vaping happy!!!

Switcher really is awesome I have had really good service from many vendors but Switcher really is a step ahead of the others. Not enough good can be said about this man and what he brings to our community.

I don't find it strange that Switcher would go the extra mile to deliver a box of carto's. The man invented "customer service" & the wow factor to go with it. What I find strange is how did Jay have Switcher's number?

I guess it's like having your dealer on speed dial.

i think i have most of the vendors on my speed-dial... i've had long-drawn out conversations, multiple conversations with some, with a lot of the Canadian vendors... missing a few but not many!


I'm well connected... i coudl be just about anywhere in canada and know someone within driving distance (2 hour drive) to get a batt or a carto or atty...

Yes, very cool to have the option to just buy a couple small things when they are needed, without having to worry about loading up my cart just to justify express shipping costs Nice that the option is built into the check-out process as well so I do not have to email and make special arrangements.
