Hey, i just had to give a shout out to Provape's customer support, ive never been more impressed by customer support at any vendor or even business i have ever had to deal with customer support for. Usually when i deal with customer support you get this crappy feeling in the pit of your stomach even before you contact them because you think its going to take a long time for them to get back to you, or they will give you the run around, untill contacting provape that statement was 100% true with every customer support i have ever contacted.
Well less than 5 minutes after i contacted provape's customer support i went to check my email for something else and was suprised to see provape had already replied, i was shocked... They helped me with my questions instantly, without giving me any hard time at all, infact they seemed happy to help out (i did not have a problem, just curiosity and questions for them).
Provape's customer support made me realize that there are still some companies/suppliers out there that care about their customers.
