They are prompt! I had a little issue with my Vamo- turns out I needed to adjusted my springs. At the time I had no idea what was wrong- so natually, I freaked out and went to facebook to get some help. Within 5 minutes I got a response from Abe. And it was a Sunday! Just want to say thanks for the great customer service and i'll will be purchasing my products from them in the future.

How come i cannot reach Exhale Vapors? i ordered a Mechanical mod and i sent a ticket on when my order was shipping and have not receive any feed back. hell i even left a message, any idea how i can reach them?

How long ago did you start a ticket? It generally can take a day or two but they are particularly busy with opening a new shop, new website, and getting truck loads of orders (and pre-orders!) in and *out* and may be at the limit for the moment.

There facebook page is also a good place to check for a pulse, if you are worried. :)

I agree with the others though. I found Exhale out of the blue when I went shopping for my first Vamo. They have become often the first vendor I check for *anything* when I am shopping and really only buy elsewhere if they do not have what I need in stock. Great prices, fast shipping, good customer service and generally these guys get stuff in that others are still looking at co-ops for ;)

this is the problem I have seen alot of people complain about with Exhale.. its only 2 guys running it I believe.. and they just get swamped with tickets as you can imagine.

they have been blowing up with sales recently because they have the cheapest deals/ prices around - sometimes I got a response back within an hour.. and other times it was 2 days later.

but, I have ALWAYS received some sort of a response back even if it was days after the ticket was originally opened

My suggestion is to submit another ticket to them and put 'RESUBMITTED' as the first word - also put the original ticket # on it as well.
