The price was good and the shipping was fast, but both items - I have ordered 2 Kanger Protanks are DOA - the threading is too thin and does not fit properly. It is not their fault, but I would like to return it and get a refund.

No. I am using ProVari. There are two versions of this tank. One comes in a black faux leather box like this one. Another one comes in a different box with "New 2013" red label like the one Exhale Vapor sells. The one in a black faux leather box that I got from Discount Vapors works great, but the other one from Exhale Vapor has a visibly thinner threading on it and does not screw in properly. I do not know if the "New 2013" all like this or they just got a bad batch.
