I ordered a sigelei mechanical mod from EV and the unit was shorting. Contacted on 7/8 using ticket system for the issue.

"Just received a sigelei #20 Order #8165. The device fires immediately when put together with battery in, and it appears to be a short as I can see a contact in the holes in the top glowing red as soon as i put it together, even if there is no atomizer attached. "

Received response on 7/8 to ship the product back for replacement or store credit. I sent a response asking for store credit. Shipped item back 7/11

I had not heard back from them and submitted another ticket on 8/2 #408-8914 asking them for a status.

At this point I have updated the ticket again asking for response, and still have not received a response. Im out about 40 bucks with the return shipping, and have nothing to show for it.
