Briefly describe your problem or issueI ordered TWO things a 9 dollar Ohm reader and a 13 Dollar AGA-T2 Genesis style rba. When my order came on December 3rd the AGA-T2 was not present I immediately contacted them to let them know the situation, I waited 24 hours and submitted another ticket saying
over 24hrs to wait for a company mistake is just bad customer service.
Obviously at this time 8pm EST your normal business hours would be ended you shouldn't make a customer WAIT when there is a mistake on YOUR END.
I don't know how else to contact you I've browsed the forums and sent emails to 2 email addresses along with a message directly to Abe's facebook.
I've now posted a thread in the forum hoping someone has a phone number for you guys.
All I want is my AGA-T2 and then after this experience I'll probably never buy from you guys again which is a shame considering you have fantastic pricing.

After no response to that I began perusing ECF and found 2 emails for them I then sent emails to those email addresses. I THEN found a phone number for them which goes to an automated system that thanks you for contacting Exhale Vapors [edit] I've left 3 Voicemails.
I went to the OWNERS PRIVATE facebook and sent him a message.
STILL NO RESPONSE.
[Edited] 7 DAYS with no response especially from someone who has been trying to adamantly to contact them it's just bad business.
